Request Account & Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your SNEWPapers account and all associated data, you can request this at any time. Upon deletion, we will permanently remove:

• Your account and profile information
• All collections you have created and their items
• All chat conversations with the Sleuth
• Saved searches and preferences
• Subscription and billing records (Stripe records are managed separately by Stripe)

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to support@snewpapers.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”.

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once your data has been deleted.

Facebook Users

If you signed in using Facebook, you can also request data deletion through Facebook’s settings. Visit your Facebook app settings, find SNEWPapers, and select “Remove.” This will trigger a data deletion request on our end.
