Jeep Crash Near Frazer; Local Lion Vehicle Rolls into Ditch

JEEP LANDS IN UP-RIGHT POSITION WITH LIGHTS BURNING: ACCIDENT NOT DISCOVERED UNTIL HALF HOUR AFTER OCCURRENCE.

Catapulted from his overturning jeep, Jack H. Dusenbery, Great Falls, died of fatal injuries he suffered in an accident which occurred on Thursday of last week, near Frazer, at about 7:30.

The jeep left the road on a broad curve and rolled into a ditch on the side of the highway. When the jeep rolled over, Dusenbery was thrown from the vehicle and died later of chest injuries.

The jeep, with a trailer attached, rolled to an upright position as if stopped. The lights were still burning, causing the accident to go unnoticed by passing motorists until almost half an hour after it happened.

Officials from both Valley county and Roosevelt county were called to investigate the accident. Great Falls police were notified of Dusenbery's death and in turn notified his wife.

About 30 years old, Dusenbery was an employee of the Montana Trading Post of Great Falls, and was on a sales trip to Scobey when the fatal accident occurred. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
