TEHRAN. Apr 8. (AP)-Russia will be the majority stockholder of the proposed Iranian oil company for the first twenty-five years of its fifty year term under the agreement to be presented to the Iranian parliament for approval.

Disclosing additional details of the agreement announced by the Soviet Iranian communique Friday. Premier Qavam told Iranian newsmen that Russia would control fifty-one percent and Iran forty-nine percent of the stock for the first twenty-five years.

The Premier revealed he invited the "people of Azerbaijan" province where a semi-autonomous government has been established in defiance of the Iranian government to send representatives here for the negotiations.
