judgment for plaintiff by default.
J. W. Archard vs. W. C. Dowell.
S. H. Gibson vs. St. Louis and San Francisco Railroad company, appeal
case; verdict for defendant by direction of the court.
C. C. Balthrop vs. Charles Spears,
appeal case; dismissed.
Joe T. Bledsoe, trustee, vs. R. M.
Harris, suit for debt: transferred to
Tishomingo.
Angelina Porter vs. J. M. and B.
C. Hall, suit for damages: jury still
out.
Tom Moran vs. London Hardware
company, appeal case; judgment as
per stipulation on file.
