We propose that the Republican party of the "Old Tenth" hold a meeting at December court next, to appoint delegates to the Convention to convene in Harrisonburg, on the 8th of January next. Some of the counties in this district have appointed their delegates. Let us not be too tardy in our movements, nor yet too precipitate in our action. But, as we have ever been, so let us now act, prudently, wisely, decisively; and all will be well.
