DANCE PAVILION ON ISLAND. NEAR BRIDGE

Tom Hill and Charles Heard will erect a fine dance pavilion on Walter's Island just below the Main street bridge for a series of open-air dances during Round-up week. The floor will be the finest they can secure and will be 60x70 feet in size. A bridge will be built across the river just back of Jesse Failings, making it easy to reach the island. They have secured a Portland orchestra and will light the pavilion with electric lights. Dances will start at 8 o'clock and continue until midnight, commencing Tuesday, September 9 and continuing all week. -(Adv.)
