AUSTIN, Oct. 11.-(INS) Frank Salazar, farm hand who killed Mr. and Mrs. Paul Kennedy near San Angelo last December and kidnapped their daughter Wilma, lost his legal remedy to escape the electric chair today, as the Court of Criminal Appeals overruled his motion for rehearing.
Salazar was captured near Austin where he fled with the young girl after killing the mother and father and wounding two other daughters. The court previously had affirmed the death penalty, leaving Salazar's only hope in executive clemency.
