Acquittal of the Charge of Murder,

Colonel W. G. Terrell, of Covington, Ky., formerly connected with the Cincinnati Commercial, has just been acquitted of the charge of murder of Harvey Myers in Covington some years since. At the time of the alleged murder Terrell's wife had a divorce suit pending, and on the occasion of a visit on this business to Myers' office by Terrell an altercation arose, in which the latter shot and killed Myers, for which he was arrested and, after a long delay and change of venue to Boone County, tried and acquitted as above stated. The occasion of his return to Cincinnati was made one of congratulation by the friends of Terrell.
