PRACTICES LAW TWENTY YEARS IN SEATTLE BUT NOT MEMBER OF THE BAR

SEATTLE, May 20.—(AP)—After practicing law in county and state courts for more than twenty years, Walter B. Allen, Seattle lawyer, was barred from further practice in an order issued by Superior Judge J. T. Ronald here.

The order followed the discovery during the course of a trial that Allen had never been admitted to practice of law in Alaska, he told the court, but had neglected to file his Alaskan certificate with the clerk of the supreme court at Olympia.
