Does Seth Low's Choice For Corporation Counsel.

[By Associated Press.]

New York, Nov. 16. - Mayor-elect Seth Low announces that Geo. L. Rives has accepted the position of corporation counsel in the new city government.

Rives was first assistant secretary of state under Cleveland, president of the commission named by Governor Roosevelt to revise the charter of Greater New York, and is now a member of the New York Rapid Transit commission, trustee of the New York public library and trustee of Columbia university.
