How are you all? I know you are resting up from the Christmas fun and good times, I had a very good time Christmas, and know you did. I received one present through the letter box, a box of oranges from Mr. F. D. Fussell, of Florida, I do not know whether he is a relative of mine or not, but he is one sure good friend, and they are the things to have, are they not, Aunt Julia? I guess all of the cousins are going back to school now, I bet they enjoyed their vacation. Soon it will be time to plant gardens and hatch biddies, won't it? Say, Mrs. Setser, if you see this, write to me. I haven't heard from you in a long time. I want to ask a favor of the cousins. If any one has the book "Light of the Western Stars," will they please send it to me to read? I will return it and the favor. I read part of it in a paper and would be so glad to finish it. I must close as I promised not to write any more long letters.
Sincerely,
LEA FUSSELL
P. S.—If Aunt Pennie sees this I want to tell her I am coming after walnuts before long and say to Mrs. Arnette, hello.
