A Party of Swell Foreigners.

Chicago, Aug. 23.—A distinguished party of English and Canadian stock-holders in the Canadian Pacific Railroad, arrived to-day. Among the party are President George Stephens, P. N. McIntyre and P. B. Angus, of the Canadian Pacific; Prince Hohenlohe, of Lanesberg; Count Glerchen, of London; Earl Latham, Lord Elphinstone and Lord Castletown, of London, and a large number of Canadian Pacific officials. They leave for St. Paul to-morrow, thence to Winnipeg, and from there to Minnedosa and Emerson, where they will strike the Canadian Pacific, and will proceed over it to Calgary, nine hundred miles west of Winnipeg. The party are travelling in splendidly equipped style.
