Woman Freed On Traffic Charge

A charge of failing to stop and render aid lodged against Estella Bell was dismissed yesterday afternoon in the Westmorland justice court when it became known that evidence was insufficient to hold Mrs. Bell for trial before the superior court.

The charge against Mrs. Bell came about after she is said to have cut in on another car on the Westmorland highway, overturning the other car. Driving on for about 300 yards, Mrs. Bell stopped. When she looked back she saw the overturned car, according to testimony in court yesterday, and saw the driver crawling out unhurt. Mrs. Bell drove on without returning to the scene of the accident, according to the evidence introduced.
