Extract of a Letter from Toulon, May 12.

"The Armament which has been fitting out here for some Time is now completed, and consists of the following Ships, &c. six Sail from 70 Guns to 74, eight Sail from 64 to 40, fifteen Frigates, and four Sloops of War, with three Bombketches, and a Fireship. The Report which has been for some Time so industriously propagated, of this Fleet being disarmed, is false. On the contrary, the utmost Assiduity has been used to render it complete, though in the strictest Privacy."
