Presidential Electors.—According to the best information received, Electors have been chosen, in the several states, who will vote on the 3d of December in each state, as follows, and transmit their Votes to Washington, by special Messengers, where they will be counted on the second Monday in February, in presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, and the persons having a majority of the votes for President and Vice-President, be declared elected.
