Hon. Henry A. Shepherd, late congressman from the Eleventh Ohio district, was in the city yesterday. He represents the real estate and brokerage firm of Shepherd, Colby & Belton, Noblesville, Ind., and is traveling in the interests of their company, with authority to invite capitalists and manufacturers to locate among them for the purpose of utilizing the enormous flow of natural gas and water going to waste in that city. To all interested in these natural facilities he offers free gas, free land and free taxes for five years.
