The Public Grounds-Music.--We learn that the gates of the President's grounds are hereafter to be opened at six o'clock a. m., and to remain open until a half hour after sunset, and that the music is to be admitted at the usual time. So it will be seen that there is no wish to exclude our citizens from the pleasure of walking through these beautiful and highly-cultivated grounds. The Marine Band is to perform until further orders at the grounds adjoining the President's house every Saturday afternoon, and at the Capitol grounds every Wednesday afternoon.
