Stampede to Feature Big Wild West Show

The 20th annual Wolf Point stampede this year will feature a wild horse, wild west show. It is the only big show of its kind that uses native horses, many of which have never been ridden.

The programs offer a wide variety of entertainment, with daily contests in bronc riding, bareback riding, steer wrestling, calf roping and tying, running races, wild horse races, trick riding, clowns and special performers, including native Indians dancing in full regalia.

July 11, the first day, children under 14 years of age will be admitted free, if accompanied by parents or guardians. The stampede is July 11 to 13.
