Very rapid travelling.—The steamboat Constitution reached this city yesterday afternoon from Frenchtown, at twenty minutes before five o'clock. She performed the distance between these two points in 5 hours and 40 minutes. The passengers from Philadelphia to Baltimore were only eleven hours and a half in performing the journey.
