Naples, Nov. 4. We are assured that Baron Neuhoff is actually in this City; that it is likewise true, that having landed in Disguise in the Night he went to M. Lerberg, the Dutch Consul; but that the Reasons alledged for his Ships carrying Dutch Colours not appearing satisfactory to the Consul, who had received private Instructions concerning him, he obtained of the Court to get the Masters of three Ships arrested; and this was done as a Compliment, in order to shew the Republick's Regard for the Court of France, in the Affair of Corsica.
