LIVERPOOL, Sept. 23.

We hear that a number of Gentlemen intend to meet at George's Coffee-house, at seven o'clock in the evening, on Monday next, to revive the Conversation Club, and discuss the following questions--At what period of life, and with what qualifications, ought a Gentleman to travel, in order to benefit himself and serve his country?--Whether by educating children upon a plan above their circumstances, and giving them unreasonable expectations of advancement, parents do not lay the foundation of much public and private misery?
