Independence Day

This month we celebrated one of the most important dates of our history, the Fourth of July.

Every boy and girl knows what that date is made a holiday for, and every boy and girl should live up to the independence that our forefathers gained then. This last year was a most difficult year for some of us to retain our independence. But I hope that from it we have learned a lesson and that during the fat years we will store up enough to last during the lean years.

Olive Hering Nelson

The American people are the most independent people of the world, but it takes the co-operation of every individual for us to remain so. This year plan to do all you can to insure your independence for the coming years.
