Full Text
The Constitutional Court of Appeals, or, in the familiar language of the people of that State, the Old Court, continued in session to the last accounts; granting supersedeases and hearing arguments in cases. Judge Owsley has delivered the unanimous opinion of the Court, in the case of Bodely versus Galt her, in which the Occupying Claimant Laws are fully sustained and enforced. The Court say, they are not bound by the decision of the Supreme Court of the United States in Green versus Biddle; because that decision was given by less than a majority of the Court.
