Greek Student Speaks At YMCA Film Forum
Michael Papadopoulos, Miami university student, will be the speaker for the Y.M.C.A. film forum Monday, May 23, at 8 p. m. when he will talk on student life in his native Greece.
Papadopoulos, an ex-lieutenant in the Royal Greek army, is a member of the Sacred Band, a group of Greek students attending college in the United States who have dedicated their lives to rehabilitation of their homeland.
A UNESCO film, "This is Their Story" will be shown portraying student life in Greece, Poland and France.
The program is open to the public free of charge.
