Atlanta- Charlayne Hunter, a journalism major and one of two Negro students who integrated the University of Georgia several years ago, has won an all-expense trip to Africa and Europe sponsored by Delta Sigma Theta sorority and will tour the two areas July 26 through Aug. 27.
She won the $1,000 trip for writing the best essay on the subject "Why Should We As American Women have An Interest In The Growth And Development Of Africa?" She will be accompanied on the trip by members of the sorority.
