SHAW OF THE B.&O. TRANSFERRED HERE
S. B. Shaw, industrial agent in charge of the agricultural interests for the Baltimore & Ohio railroad, arrived in the city today and opened up his headquarters here, having been transferred to this place for three months from Parkersburg.
While here he will endeavor to get the farmers of this vicinity interested in the growing of alfalfa, besides looking after the other business of his position. He firmly believes that alfalfa can be raised here very successfully and he will try to induce as many farmers as he can.
