since been elected twice by popular
vote. Judge Baum is 37 years
old, married, and the father of
three children.

week "we are extremely fortunate in securing Judge Baum
as our Brotherhood Luncheon
speaker. He has the ability to
equate the moral and spiritual
virtues of brotherhood with the
