The Cabinet.—In reference to the paragraph from the Philadelphia Sentinel, announcing meditated changes in the Cabinet, and its appearance in the Globe of Wednesday without comment, the Globe of Thursday says:

The scrap below was cut out to be inserted with a contradiction. It was inserted prematurely, and we are glad of it, as the National Intelligencer has found a mare's nest in it, as it affords inducement for saying that there never existed a cabinet in more perfect harmony, personally, politically and officially, than the present.
