Cause of Explosion to be Investigated.

BUTTE (Mont.), April 1. - Judge Speer of the District Court to-day summoned a Grand Jury and instructed them to investigate the great dynamite explosion of January 15th, by which fifty-nine men were killed and a hundred or more injured. The Judge told the jury that someone was responsible for the death of these men, and he hoped that the blame would be fixed by the jury. The prosecuting attorney had refused to take the responsibility of filing information, and the Grand Jury was called.
