Start Of Work On Negro
Troops' Hut Is Delayed
Plans for an immediate start of
construction of the negro soldiers'
hut, to be built by the city and

The school board's decision
to
deny use of the site is expected to

suggested and Commissioners
Wade and Coleman are expected to
make recommendations
at
an
early date.
