With Local Republicans
Mrs. Bob Reeve arrived from Anchorage yesterday to attend a Legislative District Meeting of the Republican Party, which was held last evening at the City Hall.
Mrs. Reeve is the Alaska National Committeewoman and she conducted a "class" on the make-up of the party statewide, down through the district, and to the precinct level, which is the smallest unit of the party organization.
It was her recommendation that local Republicans form a new Republican Club to carry on in the place of the old Republican Club which was dissolved recently.
Mrs. Reeve will also recommend a central committeeman and committeewoman for the Northwestern District on her return to Anchorage.
The GOP convention to instruct delegates to the presidential convention will be held in Anchorage in May.
