PARIS, March 4.

In the Month of November last a Tradesman with his Wife and Daughter, crossing the River at Argenteuil, were unfortunately drowned with several other Persons belonging to their Family: and now the Partition of their Succession gives Rise to the Question, Whether the Daughter survived her Father and Mother, or whether the Father, Mother and Daughter must be deemed to have died at the very same Instant? This important and Singular Case is actually depending in the Second Chamber of the Requests of the Palace. Messrs. Vaudier and Gueau de Revereau are the Advocates of the Parties.
