Judge Mc Allister, at the opening of the Circuit Court on yesterday, in an address to the Grand Jury, said in substance that "he would call the especial attention of the Jury to the recent depredations committed upon the honor and dignity of the United States, either here or at Sacramento or some intermediate point. He said anybody engaged in those outrages against the United States must be considered as a principal in them, and that it would be the duty of the Jury to keep secret the counsel of the United States, and also their own counsel, and that they should present no one from fear or malice, etc."
