A rumor which circulated throughout the city this morning to the effect that Sam Danenberg, well known local businessman, had died in San Diego, has proved to be erroneous as far as inquiry by the Press could determine.
Danenberg left here yesterday for San Diego, having become indisposed from the present hot spell. Inquiry at the store of an Ocean Beach friend this morning resulted in the statement that Danenberg had appeared much better last night and so far as his friend knew had not suffered any relapse.
