COUNCIL TO MEET WITH ROTARY

Smyrna Town Council Invited to Be Guests of Rotary Club To-morrow

The regular meeting of the Smyrna Rotary Club was held at the American Legion room Thursday, January 26th. The order of the meeting was reversed, the business meeting being held first and the dinner following the meeting. The club attended in a body the supper given at the St. Peter's Parish House. The meeting at the Legion room consisted of reports from the Chairmen of the various standing committees. Previous to this meeting questions were distributed to the various chairmen pertaining to the work of their respective committees. Each man discussed the work of this committee and the things he hoped that his committee would accomplish. It was decided at this meeting that the club would invite as its guests at the next meeting the Town Council. The attendance of this meeting was 100 per cent.
