It is reported here, that a congress will be held in some town of Tuscany, between the prince of Liechtenstein on the part of the Emperor and Empress Queen; the lieutenant-general, Chevalier de Muy, on the part of France; and a minister from Spain; to treat of some changes to be made in Italy, and of a perpetual league of affinity and friendship between the houses of Austria and Bourbon.
The pragmatic sanction will be guaranteed, and the last hand put to all those treaties; the execution of which was prevented by the death of the Emperor Charles VI.
