Wien Alaska Airlines
A flight was made on Wednesday to Kotzebue with Dick Webb, local Wien manager as passenger. Freight was also taken to North Fork, Casa De Paga and the A.C. Exploration Inc.
On Thursday Mr. and Mrs. M. D. Ackeley and grandson of Tillamook, Ore., were taken to Kotzebue from where they will go to Fairbanks. On the return flight Woodrow Wilson, Clem Downey and Richard Webb were brought to Nome.
Yesterday Daniel and Samuel Streeter, Fred Hensley and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Modrow were passengers to Nome from Kotzebue.
Cliff Everts, pilot for Wien's, brought over a plane from Fairbanks to augment those used here and also C. Moritrity of Morrison Knutson Co.
Cliff Everts returned to Fairbanks yesterday via Kotzebue and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Modrow returned on the same flight to Kotzebue.
Yesterday a flight was made to Bud Creek, Burke and Windy Creek camps, also Rainbow and Midnight Sun.
