The whole Marine Corps in Garrison appeared in an Uproar towards the Evening and marched out of Copenhagen at the Easter Gate in one regular Body to meet the King returning from Charlottenbourg, presenting a strong Remonstrance insisting upon immediate Redress. The King expressed visible Marks of Fear, attempted to speak authoritatively, but the Corps peremptorily insisted, leading the King to thrice reply that their Grievances should be instantly redressed.
