All aboard for happy hunting ground Mr. Hound and M. Sette have been training for weeks, and brier rabbit and Mr. Opossum and bob white are in abundance and are ready to furnish the opposition; so get down the ole muskets and shot guns and clean and oil em up, for there will be action a plenty this fall.
The wise old owl why couldn't look otherwise, wanted to know who I was the last time I was feeling the fish in White Witch creek, but brier rabbit and Mr. Opossum apparently didn't give a jump about me and went slowly on their way. I admire game species, but it is a little against the grain when they hold you in contempt, and I'll be dog gone if I'll let brier rabbit and Mr. Opossum shake their tails at me; Dr. Allen Perry Hudson J. R. Wilson and the rest of the bunch will see to that. They think they'll play around until jack frost comes along, but behound if we don't trick a whole bunch of em before that time if they ain't careful. Of course we'll have to be careful with bob white until late in November, because he knows the law as well as we do, so we'll take it out on brier rabbit and Mr. Opossum until that time, so here we are, in good shape.
Happy Hunting Ground Brothers, happy hunting ground beats anything in town, It's the place to have your fun, and to do your running round. Take your football and your golf, All the shows and parties too. But give me HAPPY HUNTING GROUND for what I want to do.
