An Extract of a Letter from Petersburg.

M. Betuchef, the Russian Minister at Stockholm, has wrote to Count Osterman, that he was more and more persuaded that the Diet had formed Designs to recover the Provinces yielded by the Treaty of Nystad; and he was of Opinion, that a Year would not pass before a Restitution of those Provinces would be demanded. This News gives the Russian Ministry great Uneasiness, though the Provinces in Question are well supplied with Troops, and in a good Condition of Defence.
