Industries Re-employment Law Extended

Employers in Ohio and Michigan were advised today of their continued obligations to returning ex-servicemen under the recently extended draft law by Frederick G. Battie, Regional Field Representative in Cleveland for the Bureau of Veteran's Reemployment Rights, U. S. Department of Labor.

Reemployment provisions of the recently extended law have not changed. Any person who enters the armed forces and who otherwise meet the requirements of the statute is entitled to restoration to his former position or to a comparable position.

Information and assistance in reemployment matters may be obtained from the nearest office of the Ohio State Employment Service and volunteer Reemployment Committeemen in the Area
