CHICAGO (UP)- Adlai Stevenson told a breakfast meeting of state Democratic chairmen yesterday that he had eaten two breakfasts already, and was due to eat three more before lunch.
He said he didn't know how many lunches he would have to eat before dinner.
The 1952 presidential candidate said his appearances at the various breakfasts, luncheons and dinners had been worked out for him by National Democratic Chairman Stephen Mitchell.
Stevenson said of himself, "I may not be a good politician, but I'm an obedient one."
