The frequent Indispositions of the King, having determined his Majesty to disburthen himself of the Government of his Kingdom. he has transferr'd the Care and Regency thereof to the Queen, his Spouse. Yesterday the States of the Kingdom sent a Deputation upon this Subject to that Princess; and Couriers have been dispatched to several Courts in Europe, in order to carry thither the News of this important Event.
Stockholm, Sept.8. Since his Majesty has surrender'd the Government of the Kingdom to the Queen, that Princess has presided twice in the Senate, and signs,all, Papers relating to the State.
