Advices from Antwerp say, that a Conference will also be soon held at that Place upon the Execution of the Barrier Treaty, and upon forming a new Regulation of Limits; after the accomplishing of which, it's very likely, that the Congress will break up. These Advices add, that when the Prince and Princess of Orange were at that City, they had the utmost Respect shewn them by all Persons of Distinction; all the Dutch Commissaries went to pay their Compliments to them, except M. Visolet, Commissary for Zealand, who 'tis thought omitted this Ceremony on Account of the Differences which subsist between the Prince and the States of that Province.
