Add to the list of meanest men the crippled smooth-talker who relieved a Sunset Park resident of $5 Monday, presumably for Red Cross purposes.

Solicitors who ask for Red Cross contributions must be equipped with identification card, receipts, and lapel tags, Mrs. Ida B. Speiden, executive secretary, emphasized.
