Eleven Jap War Leaders Accused Of War Crimes

TOKYO, Nov. 19-(AP)-Eleven Jap war leaders, including generals are accused of the responsibility for the rape of Nanking and Mukden, also the incident of the bombing of the U. S. Gunboat Panay, were ordered arrested. U. S. Headquarters said fifty-seven more Jap war criminals, mostly minor characters charged with brutalities against war prisoners are in custody. General MacArthur directed that eleven of them be delivered to Sugamo prison camp in Tokyo.
