THE STEAMER COLUMBIA. - This favorite steamer will resume her regular trips between Baltimore and this city, leaving Baltimore on Saturday evening next, and making all the landings on the Potomac. The Columbia has been thoroughly repaired and refitted, and is now one of the most elegant boats on the river. She is still commanded by her excellent Captain, James Harper, and Mr. P. Kavanaugh, that most accomplished and popular clerk, is still at his post, ready and willing as ever to make a trip in the Columbia, as agreeable and pleasant as of yore.
