CUBMASTER'S CORNER

Several of the dens in Pack No.3 have reported on various field trips they have taken during the "See and Do It" month. Den 3 is planning a visit to the Ranger Andy show at the TV studio. Den 6 is taking a field trip to the State Capitol and the State Library. Den 11 took a trip to Churchill Park last Saturday for a nature hike, where they identified various trees and leaves. The Webelos Den is planning to visit Colt's firearms museum later in the month. Any dens that have not yet reported their activities for the month, please do so as soon as possible, so that we can write you up in this column. Thanks.

Our Ways and Means Committee met last week and have decided on our fund raising endeavour for the year. The details will be explained to the Den Mothers this week and the program will be getting underway within the next two weeks.

Our next Pack Planning Meeting will be held Wednesday Nov. 12th, at 8:00 P.M. at Mary Yoder's home, 76 Fisk Drive. This meeting be for all committeemen and den mothers. Don't forget your achievement reports so that we may order your awards.

Plans are now being made for the Cub Scout Ceremonial to be presented in February, at the High School. Watch this article for more details and dates. There will be a planning meeting for this program on Monday, Nov. 10th at the New Meadows School. We would like to see all Cubmasters and Institutional Representative present at this meeting so that your unit's part in this ceremonial may be discussed.
