A thorough discussion of the land question, the big issue of the state campaign, will be given from all angles by Gov. Thomas E. Campbell at a Republican rally to be held here tomorrow at the Grand theatre in Bisbee at 8 o'clock, and at the Central theatre at Lowell at 7:30 o'clock.
Governor Campbell will address both meetings.
In the party with Governor Campbell will be Edward J. Flannigan for judge of the state supreme court; Elsie Toles, for state superintendent of public instruction; J. W. Estill, for state treasurer, all of whom will also give short addresses. Hon. E. S. Clark of Prescott, will speak on state and national issues.
The meeting at Bisbee will be presided over by John Mason Ross, and that at Lowell, by J. D. Taylor.
In view of the state-wide interest in the subject, which Governor Campbell will discuss, the Republican committee is preparing for the biggest political rally that has yet been held in the district. The double meeting, here and at Lowell, was arranged so that all of the residents of the district might have an opportunity to hear Governor Campbell discuss this issue.
