BOSTON BAY SQUADRON

We have advices that as late as Thursday last, Lord George Stuart, who commands the squadron in our bay, had not heard of the sailing of the Constitution frigate, which had been at sea five days. On that day, the Arab, 16 guns, took a peep into the harbor, and doubtless ascertained the fact of her departure, and communicated it to his Lordship, who is in the Newcastle, 50 guns, and has in co. the Acasta, rated 40 guns, but mounts 30 long 18 on her main deck, and 16 32-lb. carronades, and 4 long 9's on her spar deck. They are thought to have all got under way from Cape Harbor on Thursday, and being well provisioned and watered, it is conjectured the frigates will leave the bay in quest of Old Iron Sides. The Arab, it is said, will take all the prisoners on board the Newcastle and Acasta to Halifax.
